To make the vegan chocolate hazelnut spread, place the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind them until they are almost powder-like.

Stir constantly with a whisk, until any lumps that may form dissolve and the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
Once the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Pour the spread into sterilized jars.
