Crème Brûlée

An easy, refreshing version of crème brûlée with cream cheese, vanilla, honey and caramelized White Granulated Sugar SUGARTIA on top. Velvety, aromatic and ideal for an elegant sweet serving.

400 g cream cheese, at room temperature
50 g whole milk
50 g honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
Zest of 1 orange, optional

For the caramelized topping:
30 g White Granulated Sugar SUGARTIA

For serving:
Mint leaves

For a crispier caramelized surface, sprinkle the sugar just before serving and caramelize it with a kitchen torch at the last moment.

Εκτέλεση

In a bowl, add the cream cheese, milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Mix with a silicone spatula until you have a smooth and even mixture.

Add the orange zest, if using, and mix again until incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 3 or 4 individual ovenproof ramekins and spread it evenly with a spoon.

Sprinkle the surface of each cream with White Granulated Sugar SUGARTIA.

Caramelize the surface with a kitchen torch, until the sugar melts and forms a thin caramelized crust.

Serve with mint leaves.

Store the dessert covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
