STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Ingredients and preparation

Follow the recipe steps and create a sweet, aromatic result with the quality of SUGARTIA.

Ingredients

For 8-10 servings:

1/2 cup dried fruit, roughly chopped
2 tbsp liqueur, cognac or orange juice
200 g dark chocolate, melted
80 g heavy cream, warm
140 g biscuits, roughly chopped
1/2 cup nuts, roughly chopped
Icing Sugar SUGARTIA, for dusting

Sweet Secret

For a more beautiful festive result, dust the chocolate log with Icing Sugar SUGARTIA just before serving, so it stays white and fluffy on the surface.

Preparation

In a bowl, add the dried fruit, liqueur, cognac or orange juice and let them sit for about 10 minutes, so they soften and absorb the aroma.

In a large bowl, prepare the chocolate mixture. Mix the melted chocolate with the warm heavy cream until smooth and glossy.

Add the flavoured dried fruit, roughly chopped biscuits and nuts to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and wrap it tightly, shaping it into a log.

Place the log in the refrigerator and let it set well.

Once ready, dust it with Icing Sugar SUGARTIA and cut it into slices.
