Ingredients and preparation

Follow the recipe steps and create a sweet, aromatic result with the quality of SUGARTIA.

Ingredients

For approximately 4 waffles

240 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp SUGARTIA white granulated sugar
200 g milk
2 eggs
110 g grated carrot
50 g oil

For the Frosting

100 g SUGARTIA icing sugar
200 g cream cheese
100 g heavy cream

Sweet Secret

For a stronger carrot cake result, let the waffle maker heat very well before adding the batter and serve the waffles while they are still warm, together with the cold frosting.

Preparation

Prepare the batter.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and sugar.

Add the milk, eggs, grated carrot and oil, and mix.

Prepare the frosting.

In a bowl, add the icing sugar, cream cheese and heavy cream, and beat with a mixer until you have a firm cream.

Let the waffle maker heat very well.

Add enough batter to the hot waffle maker to form one waffle.

Cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until the waffle becomes crispy.

When the waffle is ready, remove it and continue with the next one.

Serve the waffles with the frosting on top.
