In a bowl, add the cream cheese, milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Mix with a silicone spatula until you have a smooth and even mixture.
Add the orange zest, if using, and mix again until incorporated.
Divide the mixture into 3 or 4 individual ovenproof ramekins and spread it evenly with a spoon.
Sprinkle the surface of each cream with White Granulated Sugar SUGARTIA.
Caramelize the surface with a kitchen torch, until the sugar melts and forms a thin caramelized crust.
Serve with mint leaves.
Store the dessert covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
